Before submitting your Return Request, please be sure to review our Return Policy page first. You will receive an email response usually within 60 minutes during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time.

Instructions for Defective Claims
In order for us to process a defective part claim, please have your licensed technician contact the manufacturer of the purchased part and troubleshoot the part. Once the troubleshooting is complete and the part is deemed defective, your technician will receive a case number. You must obtain a case number in order to receive a refund for the defective part. Once you obtain a case number, insert it into the return form below along with your other completed information.

Navien warranty and defective claims must be handled directly through Navien. Refunds or credits will not be given, only replacement parts. You can reach Navien at 800-519-8794.
